How will Verizon and Equinix ensure customers are not adversely affected by customer service issues during the transition?

Our customers are our number-one priority. Both Verizon and Equinix have detailed transition plans in place and will work closely with customers during this time period.

If I am a Verizon Managed Services or Cloud customer, will this service be provided by Verizon or Equinix moving forward?

This acquisition does not affect Verizon’s managed hosting and cloud customers, or its data center customers in Europe, Asia-Pacific and Canada. Verizon will continue to deliver cloud and hosting services out of these centers by contracting with Equinix for the data center space required.

I participated in Verizon’s reseller program. Does Equinix have a similar reseller program in which I can participate?

Yes, Equinix has the Equinix Partner Program. You can find more information about the Equinix Partner Program at Equinix.com/partners.

Who do I contact with miscellaneous questions?

Equinix has set up a unique email address for general questions from our new Verizon customers. Please send any questions or requests to welcome@equinix.com and we will respond within 24 hours.

If my contract with Verizon for colocation services has expired can I simply extend my current terms and pricing with Equinix?
